INGREDIENTS

  • 6CL GINSCAPE SEA BUCKTHORN LONDON DRY GIN

  • 2CL GINCANDO SEA BUCKTHORN AND THE SYRUP

  • 2CL FRESH PRESSED ORGANIC LEMON JUICE

  • 2CL SODA WATER

  • FRESH PEEL FROM AN ORANGE

  • DRIED ORANGE WHEEL

  • GINCANDO SEA BUCKTHORN AND THE SYRUP
  • 0,5DL GREEN THE WITH SEA BUCKTHORN (CHAYA)

  • 1CL FRESH SEA BUCKTHORN

  • 2,5DL WATER

  • 3DL SUGAR

Directions

  • Except from the soda water and the orange wheel, pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add plenty of ice to the shaker. Shake well, strain the drink into a Cocktail glass. Top-up with the soda. Add a dried orange wheel and perhaps some fresh Sea Buckthorn on the top as garnish.

    Boil the water with the Green Sea Buckthorn The and the fresh berries for 7min. Filter the the solution, and add the sugar. Store the syrup in a refrigerator until use.
