- Except from the soda water and the orange wheel, pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add plenty of ice to the shaker. Shake well, strain the drink into a Cocktail glass. Top-up with the soda. Add a dried orange wheel and perhaps some fresh Sea Buckthorn on the top as garnish.

Boil the water with the Green Sea Buckthorn The and the fresh berries for 7min. Filter the the solution, and add the sugar. Store the syrup in a refrigerator until use.
