Ingredients

  • 6CL Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin

  • 1,5CL Syrup of Raspberry

  • 2Cl Fresh Organic Lemon Juice

  • 1Cl Fresh Organic Orange Juice

  • 1.5CL Liquid Egg Whites

  • A Smidgen of Licorice Powder

Directions

  • Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake hard for giving your cocktail a rich, creamy and foamy texture
  • Following add plenty of ice to the shaker to cool the cocktail. Shake well, strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Add a fresh raspberry on the top of the foamy cap as garnish.
