10 drops Angostura Orange Bitters

- Pour the gin, vermouth and orange peel into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to cool the cocktail.
- Strain the martini into a chilled martini glass.
- Add the orange bitter, and a fresh orange peel on the top.
