Ingredients

  • 12cl Piero Dry Gin

  • 3cl Vermouth Di Torino Extra Dry from Chazalettes & Co.

  • 10 drops Angostura Orange Bitters

  • Organic Orange Peel

Directions

  • Pour the gin, vermouth and orange peel into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to cool the cocktail.
  • Strain the martini into a chilled martini glass.
  • Add the orange bitter, and a fresh orange peel on the top.
