  • 5cl Kianda Rosella Gin

  • 10cl GinCanDo Raspberry and Strawberry paste

  • 10cl Liquid Egg Whites

  • 5cl Fresh Pressed Organic Orange Juice

  • GinCanDo Raspberry and Strawberry Paste
  • 260g Organic Strawberries

  • 70g Organic Raspberries

  • 1 Vanilla Bean

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar


  • Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard for giving your cocktail a rich, creamy texture and a beautiful foamy cap
  • Following add plenty of ice to the shaker to cool the cocktail.
  • Shake well, strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • GinCanDo raspberry & Strawberry paste
    Initiate blend the berries into a paste. Boil the paste together with rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat for a ½ minute (the sugar has to be disolved). Take off the saucepan and let cool completely
