5cl Kianda Rosella Gin
10cl GinCanDo Raspberry and Strawberry paste
10cl Liquid Egg Whites
5cl Fresh Pressed Organic Orange Juice

260g Organic Strawberries
70g Organic Raspberries
1 Vanilla Bean
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard for giving your cocktail a rich, creamy texture and a beautiful foamy cap
- Following add plenty of ice to the shaker to cool the cocktail.
- Shake well, strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.

Initiate blend the berries into a paste. Boil the paste together with rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat for a ½ minute (the sugar has to be disolved). Take off the saucepan and let cool completely
